BUILDING RENOVATIONS
ABOUT CHRIS
Christina Leung, a certified Class A General Contractor accredited by the ICC, boasts over eight years of experience in real estate investing. In 2017, she established Building Renovations to venture into the residential and commercial construction and development sector. Her expertise extends across real estate renovations and portfolio management, covering diverse properties such as single-family residences, multi-unit complexes, warehouses, and mixed-use buildings.
An inherent advantage in the construction field lies in the ability to conceive ideas and transform those visions into tangible reality. Construction transcends mere structural work; it involves the power of imagination to shape spaces in ways that influence individuals' emotions and contribute significantly to community development. When embarking on a design project, it's crucial to contemplate how you want others to experience the space.
Christina possesses a diverse and intriguing background, holding a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a focus on individual and corporate tax accounting. She further pursued a Master's degree in Art History and is also a licensed Class A General Contractor. Her professional journey includes notable roles such as Manager of Finance at the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art, Senior Financial Reporting Accountant at Black & Veatch, and Corporate Accountant at Euronet—a global company specializing in funds conversion and transfer.
