Building Renovations is a licensed and insured general contractor in residential and commercial real estate. We are a local Kansas City minority-owned small business  with experience from fine home remodel finishes to real estate development. Our greatest asset, among many, is our relationship with a core group of skilled workers and subcontractors, thus  ensuring consistent and quality in all our projects. When you call us you will not be talking to sales representatives or marketers, we are the people who are involved with the work themselves.  Therefore, you will always be assured that you contact us, you are talking directly to the individuals who will oversee your project.

TINY HOUSE PROJECT

Quality Design over Quantity

This 16' x 24' (640 sq ft) home, was a project partnered with a local non-profit housing organization and local businesses to explore and educate on living with quality of life over quantity, coupled with Edible Landscaping concepts.
